How much does it cost?

• Becoming a member of the Amie Street, either as an artist or as a music lover, is completely free. No credit card required.
• All songs on Amie Street start FREE and can rise to 98 cents. We’re about discovery, not raiding your wallet.
• The price of a song depends on how much the community likes it (how many times it’s bought on Amie Street).

Are there any restrictions on the music I buy from Amie Street?

• Heck no. We have no DRM on our mp3’s, so once you buy them, they’re yours. Put them on your iPod, your computer, a CD you made for road trips, or anything else you can come up with. Come up with something good? Send us a picture. The best we’ve gotten so far is an MP3 playing on a “digital” refrigerator.

Why do you have such a different pricing system?

• Our pricing model encourages music lovers to discover and buy new music. If a song is free, it hasn’t been discovered by a wider audience. If a song is 98 cents, it’s already a must-hear hit. Recommend the great new songs you find to your friends and earn credit for buying even more great music!
